Americans Are Tired Of Dealing With It

The Orange County Register ran an article by the liberal law professor from UC Irvine, Erwin Chemerinsky.  In his piece “Deal With It” he is attempting to convince others that the 14th Amendment says something it clearly does not.  The link below is to the original article, followed by my response to the Letters Editor at the Orange County Register.

My Response:

It’s quite troubling to see such esteemed academics as Erwin Chemerinsky essentially claiming that the American people simply gave away their sovereignty in 1868 to any invader who wishes to take it.  That’s an absurd and unfounded conclusion.  Even more appalling is that he is teaching this anti-American non-sense to our children — literally jeopardizing their future as a sovereign and independent nation.Does anyone truly believe that the United States of America, its national government that controls immigration and naturalization has left to foreigners and invaders the decision as to who is a citizen of this nation?  Think about this. Could that argument be more insane.  Common sense, let alone the facts inform us that only Americans can birth Americans.  “Subject to the jurisdiction” does not apply to foreigners or aliens (invaders) or ambassadors as they are subject to the jurisdiction of their native land.The 14th Amendment was in response to Dred Scott v. Sandford but was solely applicable to freed blacks and their children and their posterity and not to “all persons” as the native Indians who were born here and were neither foreigners or aliens were not citizens. Why? Simply because they were NEVER Americans, they were never subject to the jurisdiction of the United States (that changed in 1924).
During the Congressional debates, May 30, 1866, regarding the “Birthright citizenship Clause” of the 14th Amendment, the Thirty-Ninth Congress made it explicitly clear when Jacob M. Howard (drafter of the 13th and 14th Amendments) said “This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States.”  His words being common knowledge and succinct were left unchallenged. He went on to say, “It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States.”
Mr. Chemerinsky would do well to go to the original source of the controversy, the author himself rather than to try to piece together a puzzle using English common law, Blackstone’s commentaries and some wayward Supreme Court decisions to mislead the American public away from the truth of the matter.

Deja Vu, Pat Buchanan for President?

Donald Trump has a road map.  No need to recreate this political wheel.  He already has many of the current political issues firmly in his grasp.  All he needs now is a few more and he might just ride a populist wave all the way to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.  The question is can he not blow it.

Americans tend to like a plain talking, straight shooting, genuinely angry, self confident businessman who wants things changed — because they too want things changed.  We’re tired of waiting.

Donald Trump is the kind of guy who day in and day out expects his vision, his business plan, to get implemented when he wants, how he wants and the way he wants.  In short he makes things happen.  Is he brash and a bit arrogant, yes.  Is he the best spokesperson for the GOP, no.  Is he the most Presidential?  I don’t know, but what he is, and people love it, is politically incorrect and damn mad about how things are going in America!

I can’t help but love the controversy and scurrying about that he causes the talking heads and the establishment every time he opens his mouth.  It’s a real pleasure to watch.  “Jorge Ramos, go back to Univison!”  Who doesn’t chuckle at that.

In 1992 Pat Buchanan jumped into the presidential race against a sitting President of his own Party, a very tepid George H. W. Bush. For no other reason than because he refused to continue the legacy of his predecessor Ronald Reagan (whom Buchanan was a speech writer).  The initial reaction from conservatives and Republicans was a resounding cheer.  Rush Limbaugh loved it.  But it didn’t take long for the establishment detractors to begin to chip away at anything and everything they could dig up or manufacture in a desperate attempt to stop the march on Washington DC by his band of patriots with pitchforks.  The wagons are circling around Trump in much the same way.  But if he stays on top of his game and talks straight with the American people — he has a real chance at capturing the White House.

Trump like Pat Buchanan before him is tapping into an angry and resentful public who is tired of the old guard and wants change, not lip service, but real action on issue about which they care deeply.  That shot across the bow by Buchanan began the movement that ended with a historic conservative sweep into Congress in 1994 that brought Newt Gingrich to leadership under the banner of his Contract with America.

Donald Trump is filling the void. Trump is filling a vacuum of leadership that Buchanan filled 25 years ago.  And what is so surprising to me as I reflect back on those days, the issues remain much the same.

Pat Buchanan talked about the need for an American First foreign policy that ends endless wars and endless foreign aid and tells rich allies that they must pay for their own defense.  Trumps appears ready to make those same demands that are robbing the American middle class of their dreams by transferring their wealth abroad.

Buchanan championed an economic nationalism that focused on winning trade deals — not just engaging in them.  Buchanan’s idea of a successful trade deal was one in which the playing field was forever tilted in America’s favor — for the benefit of the American worker — not leveling the playing field by bowing down to the golden calf of so-called global free trade agreements that send jobs and profits overseas.

Buchanan talked about restoring American freedom by becoming pro-business and pro-worker by ending unionization, over-regulation and burdensome tax codes. Curbing the power of the IRS and getting a Balanced Budget Amendment through Congress. Trump harps on these same issues

Buchanan championed restoring the 10th Amendment and ending the de facto unconstitutional violations of the states by the federal government.  Slashing the size of government, cutting spending, abolishing Cabinet departments and returning the money and power back to the states and to the people. Trump should do the same.

Buchanan called for an end to the divisive idea of “diversity as a strength” and instead called for a return to the unifying principle of e pluribus unum, that we are all Americans.  Trump is already pressing this bruise of the progressive left and giving nightmares to the “dreamers” in the GOP.   Trump should call for ending all reverse discrimination by preference and quota, affirmative action and set asides, and stop dividing the American people by categorizing citizens by color, race or ethnicity, like the current administration loves to do.  Class warfare is a form of treason used by those who want to “transform” America and it must end.  Hyphenated Americanism, dual citizenship and dual loyalties are all un-American.  True equality and justice is blind.

The recent Planned Parenthood video scandal was on Buchanan’s radar 25 years ago when he championed an unapologetic pro-life position for the elderly and the unborn, with a priority in overturning Roe vs Wade and ending to all government funding of those in the abortion racket.  Planned Parenthood must not survive the knife of the next administration.

Buchanan called for a return to traditional values — today that would equate to a defense of traditional marriage.  Buchanan promised strengthening FCC regulations on cultural pollution to protect America’s children from what goes into their hearts and minds as strictly as we monitor and regulate what they eat, drink or breath.  All publicly funded institutions such as the Smithsonian or the National Endowment for the Arts will at all times respect American history and American values.  Taxpayers funding will only promote, champion and lift up America and her values never tear them down.

The Confederate Flag as part of our American experience (and southern pride) must be defended as an important (if tragic) symbol of American history.  Equally, all monuments, statues, battlefields, soldiers and politicians should be protected and maintained as part of our unique history and rich heritage.

Perhaps the most important issue of our time is illegal immigration.  The invasion across our southern border must be halted, and no illegal alien, uninvited invader, should be allowed welfare even as the parent of an anchor baby.  Babies born in the U.S. should be handed to the mother and bused back to Mexico upon leaving the birthing hospital.  We need to close off and seal the southwest border to illegals (with a wall or troops or both) enforcing current immigration laws and adding a new one to reflect that Americans decide who gets in and who doesn’t.  Laws banning employment, housing, healthcare, drivers licenses, bank accounts and schooling should be enforced in order to facilitate the self deportation process.

Trump and Buchanan agree that the first principle of any immigration policy must be the peace, stability, unity and well being of our own country, not the concerns or needs of the border jumper.  Any new immigration policy should include making sure that the vast majority of those coming into the country look, sound and think like Americans, that they are prepared to become Americans, assimilate and embrace fully their new identity.  And once here lift up America with their talents and contributions, always defending her values, heritage, flag and honor never tearing her down or becoming a burden to their new American family.

I believe Trump would bring an end to Birthright Citizenship.  The next President must restore the 14th Amendment.  Clarifying once and for all that only Americans can give birth to Americans, ending the incentive for invasion and returning sanity and common sense to the law.

And finally for those who become citizens through naturalization, who take the oath (in English), the next President must demand that if you cannot swear to defend your new country and its constitution from all enemies foreign or domestic — you are not worthy of being called an American and should return to the land from which you came.

If Trump will run on these platforms, he may well become the next President of the United States.

The Liberal Harvest Of The Killing Fields

Planned Parenthood much to its chagrin has been thrust into the media spotlight because of an undercover video exposing its abortion mill practices — showing leadership admitting to having actively participated in the harvesting, selling and transport of human fetal body parts and tissue.

The graphic detail in which the Planned Parenthood doctor Deborah Nucatola describes the partial birth abortion dismemberment of a baby in order to save the organs for sale is as disturbing and disgusting as it is barbaric.

Trafficking in human body parts, human fetal tissue is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2). Yet that is exactly what Planned Parenthood appears to have done according to Dr. Nucatola on the video, the fruit of which came by way of a nearly three-year-long undercover investigation by the Center for Medical Progress.

Planned Parenthood, known as “America’s Abortion Clinic” by the Pro-Life community, is harvesting, in Nazi like fashion, the organs of babies created in God’s image.  Babies developed enough to have hearts, livers, lungs and “lower extremities” for removal and sale and the gruesome details in which other portions of the tiny anatomy that must be crushed and torn apart in order to not only ensure death but to leave intact and undamaged those parts for human consumption.  This is medical cannibalism.  This is evil.

Dr. Nucatola went so far as to tell the undercover investigators, there are ways around the law. “The federal abortion ban is a law, and laws are up to interpretation.” One only needs to be aware of the most recent string of Supreme Court decisions to understand where she’s coming from. The left has escaped the folly of their ideology by redefining words and plain language to mean whatever they choose it to mean.  Dr. Nucatola also said. “So, if I say on day one that I don’t intend to do this, what ultimately happens doesn’t matter.” In other words she has a clear conscience and will lie to herself and others in order to circumvent the law.  Without a moral conscience the law is worthless and only greater powers can stop it.

On a recent trip to Washington DC I was deeply moved viewing row upon row of headstones — as far as the eye could see — at Arlington National Cemetery. Graves sites of those who died in the cause of freedom.  It also reminded me of the inhumanity of mankind towards each other — that these heroes had to be called upon and were so willing to go and fight and give their last full breath, so that others might be able to live to pursue their happiness free from fear and the conflicts of war.

Men and women fight evil because evil exists.  It exists, not in an intangible darkness but in the form of other men and women who believe so differently, so radically, that they will literally crush another persons arms, legs, neck, shoulders and skull with no sense of shame or remorse, pulling flesh from bone with no more concern or second thought than if they were peeling a banana.  And they do this to the tiniest most vulnerable and most innocent.  And so many who could change it simply turn and look the other way not because they don’t care but because it is too difficult to bear.

Today in America we have an industry whose purpose is to not only kill tiny babies — but to harvests their tiny organs under the authority and protection of the federal government and uses your tax dollars to accomplish that evil task.

Martin Luther King Jr. said: “Cowardice asks the question, ‘Is it safe?’ Consensus asks the question, ‘Is it popular?’ But conscience asks the question, ‘Is it right?”

America has been moving from facts and moral conscience to feelings and selfishness for a long long time — it’s the accomplishment of our education system and entertainment industries.  We see the results in the liberal attitudes of younger generations with regard to virtue, sex, parenthood, family, child rearing, gender and marriage.  On the issue of abortion however an odd trend has developed where the young are moving away from cowardice, consensus and selfishness towards compassion and conscience, towards scientific and medical facts — towards being strongly pro life. Where the left see’s a problem, they see a baby endowed with the same right to life that they enjoy.

The facts are that only 27 percent of Millennials identify themselves as strictly “pro-choice” and nearly double that number (51%) say that abortion services should not be covered by health insurance, according to a 2015 study by Public Religion Research Institute.  This is really terrific news.  Other polls have shown that the younger generations are moving towards the Pro-Life position at an equally rapid pace.  As science and medicine proves the viability of the baby to earlier points in the gestation process the more we’ll see that this is not a “choice” it’s a “child.”  It’s a cause that we are winning!

So what can we do to continue the trend?  Stoke the fires.  Setting fires in the minds of others is our job.  Keep this topic alive by calling all your state and congressional representatives offices and see what they are doing about it.  Call for investigations.  Write letters to the editor, call talk radio, bring up the topic with friends and family.  No reasonable person can defend the murder of a baby and the tearing apart of its limbs ending its life but saving its organs — like parts off an old car — that are useful and profitable.

If these babies were dogs or cats the outrage would be coast-to-coast headlines for a week, a month.  Let’s keep this story alive and continue to change hearts and minds so we can further protect those defenseless hearts that are being harvested by monsters who look like us but certainly don’t think, believe or care like us.

Is Truth Still Self Evident?

JULY 4, 1776, some 239 years ago, the Declaration of Independence was approved and the battle was on.  The world’s most famous political document — today studied daily around the world– for the first time ever declared to a watchful world that the only true way to be free and independent from the chains of powerful men was to be dependent upon the Creator of the universe.  This firm reliance in providence is what gave the Founders the resolve and courage to set forth upon the greatest journey in modern history to birth a nation that was wholly dependent upon God and the Christian religion.

In patriotic boldness John Hancock signed first, saying “the price on my head has just doubled.” Rumor has it that Hancock wrote so big as to allow the King to read it without his glasses.  Benjamin Franklin while signing said “We must hang together or most assuredly we shall hang separately.”

These men knew the risks to not only their fortunes but to their very lives.  They risked it all.  Many gave every last ounce of devotion.  Are we today cut from that cloth?  Do we have among us today a George Washington, a Thomas Jefferson, a James Madison, an Alexander Hamilton?

The original draft of the Declaration boldly declared slavery an abomination.  However, two southern colonies prevented the language from remaining and thus without unanimous consent the language was removed upon the final draft.  Make no mistake, the Founding Fathers, some even as slave holders themselves, were true abolitionists, abhorring the institution.

Three of the men most responsible for the birth of this new nation and the penning of the Declaration gave to us indispensable wisdom on how to remain free;

“If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.” — Thomas Jefferson

“Children should be educated and instructed in the principles of freedom.” — John Adams

“They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” — Ben Franklin

These three men would also comprise a committee set forth by the Continental Congress to come up with a Great Seal of the United States of America.  Today that final design can be found on the back of the one dollar bill.  However, the very first design included a depiction of Moses and the Israelites crossing the Red Sea (following the smoke and fire of God) with Pharaoh and his army being swallowed up by the rushing waters. The motto circling the image declared, “Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God.”

The Founding Fathers being the children of the Great Awakening knew their Bible and knew the significance of God’s providence in history.  They studied culture, philosophy, history, law and government.  They knew that for government to truly be an instrument of the people, by the people and for the people, it must begin with the unbending laws of nature, the standards of God.  Only a virtuous people can be good public servants.  America’s rulers would be chosen from among themselves.

The liberty bell in Philadelphia — cracked during the revolution — declares this truth.  It holds the inscription of Leviticus 25:10 “Proclaim liberty throughout the land unto all the inhabitants thereof.”

Today we are told by an all powerful IRS that the churches and pulpits of America are no place for partisan politics.  Churches today face fines and loss of tax exempt non-profit status if they declare God’s standards over those of the state and proclaim the man of virtue preferable to the man of vice.  It wasn’t always this way.  Tolerance used to be a two way street.

Leading the trumpet charge to the American revolution was a group of patriot soldiers known as the black robe regiment. These men were the patriot clergymen who gave rousing sermons to their congregations and to town hall meetings held in their churches all across the colonies.  These speeches were vital and instrumental in getting the word out to the people, encouraging and educating the colonists about the need for revolution — to throw off the bondage of tyranny for a freedom deserving of free men and women.

Today we call this networking and mobilization. It has become the foundation upon which success is achieved in both our personal and professional lives.

These black robed clergy knew that without God at the helm — life, liberty and the pursuits of man — were doomed to become little more than a darwinian “survival of the fittest.”

Soon after the Declaration, the Continental Congress assigned a paid Chaplain to each Regiment of George Washington’s continental army.  Washington himself asking all soldiers to attend religious services and pray for the “blessing and protection of Heaven” and to “endeavour so to live, and act, as becomes a Christian Soldier defending the dearest Rights and Liberties of his country.”

Today we are a nation adrift — we’ve been lost at sea for some 50 years.  So long ago in fact that most no longer remember when or why we set out on this journey and certainly fewer have any clue what-so-ever on where we are headed.  We’ve lost our national purpose to such a great extent — that with open borders, lack of assimilation, a blurring of cultures and languages it hardly seems we are even a nation at all.

When Samuel Adams signed the Declaration, he said: “We have this day restored the Sovereign to whom all men ought to be obedient. He reigns in heaven and from the rising to the setting of the sun, let His kingdom come.”

John Adams said optimistically: “I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty.” Continuing he said, “I am well aware of the toil and blood and treasure that it will cost to maintain this Declaration…Yet through all the gloom I can see the rays of ravishing light and glory…Posterity will triumph in that day’s transaction, even though we should rue it, which I trust in God we shall not.”

Today we face a broken and dangerous world, divided peoples, discontent, fear, political crisis, war, famine, persecution, religious evil, moral depravity, licentiousness, covetousness and selfishness beyond comprehension.  The subjective and unequal lawlessness of men are being proclaimed equal to the standards of God.  Goodness is being torn down and vile deviancy is being put upon a pedestal and cheered.

Today I wonder, with great despair if we do still believe that all are created equal?  Do we as a people any longer acknowledge that “great friend” our Creator, that our Founders relied upon?  Do we truly still hold these Truths — the standards of God — to be self-evident?  Do we really hold our fellow man equal when we cheer their “lifestyle” choices and allow them to be bound up in shackles of sin?

See no evil, Hear no evil, Speak no evil

Jihad came to Chattanooga Tennessee — the heart of the Bible belt.  Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, the son of a Palestinian, and an immigrant from Kuwait murdered four American Marines in cold blood — for one reason and one reason only —  he was a devout Muslim.

Qur’an 47:4 – “Do not hanker for peace with the infidels; behead them when you catch them.”

It’s important to note and remember that there are many who know little or nothing about Islam who will claim that these evil acts are neither religious nor Islamic, they are simply wrong.  Their collective ignorance, from the house on main street to the White House will no doubt get more Americans killed.

Qur’an 3:151 – “We will put terror into the hearts of the infidels (kafarur).

Currently America is absorbing into 190 cities “Muslim refugees” from across the Middle East and Africa.  Were you aware of that?  Do you approve of such a policy?  Illegals have been invading America now for 40 years, we haven’t had the resolve to do much about it and now we are bringing in even less desirable cultures and the results aren’t lost jobs, gangs, rapes and drunk drivers, they are murdered men of honor who fought for their country and were slaughtered because of “policy.”

Qur’an 8:12 – “Terrorize and behead those who believe in scriptures other than the Qur’an.”

Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville are “preferred communities” on that list for refugees coming into America.  The population increases in these Bible belt communities has been dramatic — with increases of  60-75% being minorities and Muslims.  Shelbyville has had hundreds of Somali Muslims dumped on it while Murfreesboro has had to contend with the building of a Mega-mosque that has angered and disrupted that community.  Memphis was in the news recently when a Muslim, Imam Yasir Qadhi was video taped calling Jews and Christians “filthy” and declaring Muslims can take their lives and property (like ISIS is doing now).  Last year the FBI issued ISIS warnings for Memphis, I wonder why?

Qur’an 3:28 – “Muslims must not take the infidels as friends.”

Our immigration policies along with this refugee relocation program is fraught with miscalculations in humanitarian stupidity. Common sense tells us you don’t bring people into your country who are a disruptive force.  What do Americans have in common with Muslim refugees?  Nothing!  They are not only not like Americans; ethnically, culturally, religiously, socially, morally, they are not likely to assimilate or become “Americanized.”  No one should be allowed the privilege of residing within the borders of the United States who is not first, wanting to be here, and second willing to be Americanized, embracing who we were and who we are.  Learning English, understanding and following our laws and respecting the Christian morés and beginnings, these must be prerequisites.  Pouring Muslims into a Christian culture cannot end well.  Four Marines hurled into eternity can attest to that.

Qur’an 3:32 – “Say: Obey Allah and His Messenger; But if they turn back, then surely Allah does not love the unbelievers.”

As pointed out recently by Ann Coulter in her book “Adios America” our immigration policies changed dramatically in the late 1960’s as the welfare state exploded to focus not on the best and the brightest coming into America (to lift up the median) but rather towards a preference for the least and lowest.  Open borders and a welfare state are the recipe for suicide and we are now in the process of dying.  We went from making sure those coming here looked, thought, sounded and acted like us, to bringing in the exact opposite.  Throw in an open southern border, amnesty programs and the fact that constitutionally the federal government is in control of immigration policy, (where an administration like President Obama’s can literally destroy cities and states by pouring into them less desirables or doing nothing about invaders already there) who in high numbers become members of the welfare plantation, voting illegally (because registration is on the honor system) and ensuring liberal victories for ever more.  DNC playbook tactic Number 1 and it seems to be working.

Is this what we want for America?  Is this what we want for our children and grand-children?

Nearly every Islamic jihadist terror group and “lone wolf” uses Quranic text to justify what they are doing in the name of Allah.  ISIS, Hamas, Ansaru, Al-Badr, Taliban, Al-Nusra, Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Abu Sayyaf, Boko Haram, Islamic Jihad, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jemaah Islamiyah, Muslim Brotherhood, Palestine Liberation Front, Abdullah Azzam Brigades among many many more are all groups perpetrating terror across the globe in the name of Islam.  Yet, we still have those who say they are simply a band of criminals using religion for their own personal gain in power and profit, like any crime syndicate.

Muhammad was the leader of a crime syndicate.  It was and is called Islam.  It is a false religion, a criminal enterprise that has been given the prestige and firewall of other faiths who all uniformly condemn what the text of the Qur’an says, advocates and has show in the actions of Muslims — beginning with Muhammad — for 1,400 years.

A track record like that of Islam and we still have people who would rather put their head in the sand and deny the reality of the situation.  This collective ignorance is in reality a “religious” faith based system itself.  Only it denies the text, it denies the context, it denies the history, it denies the life of it’s founder and it denies the evil actions of jihadists.  It’s truly a Darwinian religion of monkey business, where they claim to see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil about the reality of the greatest evil in our world since the 7th century, Islam.

When The City Burns Twice

The charging of the six Baltimore police officers (half of whom are black) in the death of Freddie Gray is pure politics.  The charges against the police officers, rather than the crack down on the rioters is a sign of the times in most metropolitan cities in America.  It is a clear example of how virtue is on it’s way down and vice and indecency are again on the rise.

When six police officers are thrown under the bus it’s done for two reasons, both meant to further the cause of the progressive left, the race hustlers and the political class that never let’s a crisis go to waste.  It galvanizes their support and it ensures that city will burn again.

The charges were brought amidst the rioting of thugs, burning, breaking and looting in order to pay it forward. In other words to make it appear like justice is being sought — which appeases the barbarians in the street and the liberal pharisees in the ivory towers of the news media.  But more importantly it purchases the race hustling progressives a “Burn The City” card for the day the officers are found not guilty. This will again put the liberal elite in the position of master among slave, adult among children, rescuer among the distraught, leader among the savages, peacemaker among the barbarians. The left can once again ride to the rescue of those they look down upon, who they find inferior and unequal, unqualified to fend for themselves. This “transform America” class is shrewd enough to turn every national news story into the need to protect from a shadowy boogie man few have ever seen, “the racist.”  Racist is just another word for “white” America.

In reality however, these racists are not those who hate anyone, they are simply those with less pigment in their epidermis who mind their own business, go to work every day, pays their taxes, pray for crime to recede, morality to rise, poverty to evaporate, families to be whole, babies to be born, and have loving parents married to each other so that their civilization will survive and their nation and Founders will be honored rather than torn down.

The saddest thing about Baltimore are how the thugs in the streets destroying the city were given sanction when the mayor said “give them room to destroy.” This is not the response we would expect for people whom one looks at as equals.  We treat equals with equality, equality under the law, not allow them to act like savages and then dismiss it as anything other than what it is, barbarism.  If the leadership in Baltimore looked at them as equals, they would have treated them as the lawless they are. But they don’t look at them as equals, they look at them as incapable of living up to civil codes of behavior.  Instead we have prosecutors making stupid statements such as “our time has come” when deciding to charge the officers in the death of Mr. Gray.

The police in cities whose leadership is liberal are given stand down orders when their constituents leave their cages.  From Los Angeles to Ferguson to New York to Baltimore the police do their job and are thrown under buses while the predators are defended as if there is any honor in it or them.

A very different scenario unfolded in Garland Texas at a Draw Muhammad Cartoon Contest, when an officer was forced to act rather than wait for orders from headquarters — where politics over-rules proper police tactics.  The officer in Garland Texas simply did his job and ended the threat before most people knew what had happened.

This type of action in Baltimore might have saved the city from the hands of the arsonists and looters. When liberals are in charge terrible things happen — because they encourage it, foment it and allow it. Liberals are to rioters what pyromaniacs are to forest fires. And when it is all said and done, they pronounce among the ashes and smolder that it’s the fault of the community, or the police or whites or past injustices. Balderdash!

Does anyone have the right to do what the rioters did? Whether it was the righteous indignation of an oppressed people or not?  They inflicted injustice on others and their property in response to perceived injustice. This makes no logical sense and it becomes the greater evil.  Those who riot because a black man was beaten or killed by a white man is far more evil when his rage causes him to beat or kill an innocent white man in response.  He’s not only a racist himself, he’s a hypocrite for violating his own righteous anger about the first injustice.  Injustice in the cause of injustice is being a traitor to the cause of justice.  It is the greater evil.  This is the difference between a Martin Luther King, Jr and the impostor race hustlers like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and President Obama.

Over the last 50 years the world has not witnessed a more preferentially treated, pampered and defended people in history than the African-American. And yet the hard working, self educated are torn down as sell outs while the tyrants, thugs, barbarians and savages are treated as if they are royalty! Heads of state get away with less. Politicians and liberal do-gooders too scared to discipline those that need it most, allow the mayhem, because those are their true constituents.

It’s an all to common scene, charge police officers with a crime and allow the crime and criminals to go unpunished. It’s an upside down world.  And the innocent taxpayers pick up the tab.  It’s the prized tactic in the arsenal of a self anointed, self appointed race hustling cabal. It is used to perfection over and over again and the American people apparently are falling for it, yet again. Is the public so unaware that it cannot see the forest for the trees? Are the left such believers in utopia that they are willing to allow lives to be lost and lies to be told just to see their vision advanced? A vision that for centuries has accepted destruction and death as the price necessary for their “good intentions” of “social justice” to be reached.

It’s another sad time in America and unfortunately far too few will stand up and call the news play by play as it is really unfolding — rather they will echo the lie as seen through progressive crimson colored glasses.

The Importance of Birthright Citizenship

News headlines are bringing forth not only bad news, they are exposing the Obama administration again for it’s lack of transparency — which was the bedrock of his early Presidency.  Seems President Obama only confirms daily what we thought all along — he cannot be trusted.

President Obama has said he is “hopeful” that the flood of immigrants coming in the country will “drown conservatism.” And I assume he doesn’t mind if it drowns the American citizen as well.

A bit further under the radar we find that rather than allowing the usual one million immigrants per year to flow across our borders and into the country, President Obama has allowed that number to skyrocket to almost 6 million. That’s two new mouths to feed for every new job created.

Then comes the news that President Obama’s administrative “amnesty” will allow for illegals to not only receive tax refunds for years they never paid taxes (if they file tax forms for those years) but will also allow them via legal identification cards, such as drivers licenses, to become added to voter rolls, while waiting for their legalization applications to be processed. Rumor has it they will receive Social Security cards as well and get the same retirement benefits as you and me.

This is all an outrage and more than an outrage it is anti-American. Those that have been calling for President Obama’s impeachment have been exactly right.  He needs to go! He is “officially” our first anti-American President.

Please call Washington DC 866-220-0044 and tell your Representative to support H.R. 140 (Rep. Steve King of Iowa) to define citizenship. This will help stem the tide that has been building for nearly 50 years.

The United States of America desperately needs legislation to define more clearly not only citizenship but more importantly what “natural born” citizenship is and why it is different.  This clarification is necessary for the benefit of both the American people and those emigrating here.

Citizenship is stripped of all its meaning if just anyone receives it by way of being born here. What is citizenship if whether born of a citizen parents, a foreigner or an illegal alien all are equally proclaimed to be a citizen.

America’s national survival demands this definitional clarification.  It also will allow us to know exactly where the loyalties lie of our elected representatives.

The term “natural born” stems from the idea that a national leader, the President of the United States must never have dual loyalties or anything other than a singular American focus when it comes to national and international affairs.  So he or she must come from two parents who were both citizens at their birth.  So one cannot be a mere citizen — or a naturalized citizen and ever hold the highest office in the land.  This position of royalty is held only for those who are full blooded American of progeny.

If only from the stand point of surviving culturally and as a civilization, this issue must be corrected and clarified so that both the American and the immigrant understands it without opinion.

Today we have conflict between history and modernity, between the congressional record and the U.S. civil code.

There are those who would and are using American law and American amnesia against us in this civilizational war.  A religious and cultural war that we are simply not engage in at any political level and thus are not defending against.  How can you win a war you don’t even admit is being waged? How can you win a war you are not willing to engage in?

Today We have a thriving foreign industry called birth tourism.  Thousands of foreign women, mainly from Asia, come to the United States near the end of their pregnancies, stay in “birth motels”, until they give birth to their little U.S. citizen.  They then take their band new (U.S. citizen) child home, with all privileges of you and I.

Illegals and foreign born children cost the U.S. taxpayers billions of dollars each year. With the new “amnesty” it is only going to get more costly.  And still few seem to care.

These anchor babies then can return at any time in their life with the same ease and comfort as any American who has poured a lifetime of blood, sweat, tears, labor and patriotism into the country they proudly call home.  The newbie may come with not only dual-loyalties, but with bad intentions.  And what pray tell do we think he’ll do if elected to office or is hired to work at a major defense contractor or forbid it, positions within the government itself.  Many are already there!

The anchor baby problem is huge – hundreds of thousands turn voting age every voting cycle – and they vote liberal, they vote for whomever will give them the most free stuff.  “Free stuff” being the fruits of the middle class taxpayers wallet.  This is an injustice of leviathan proportions.

Call Washington DC 866-220-0044 demand your Representative support H.R.140 to define citizenship.

The 14 Amendment to the Constitution was passed in 1866 (the 39th Congress) to ensure citizenship for freed slaves and their progeny – it was never meant to — benefit foreigners or those who sneak across our border to simply to produce U.S. citizens by giving physical birth on our soil, rather than theirs.

Citizenship is to animals like nationalism is to species. Just as Dogs can’t give birth to cats, Canadians cannot give birth to Americans and so on.

When you get right down to it — this is pretty simple stuff, so simple in fact that even I can understand it.

There is also a companion bill in the Senate – S.45 by Sen. David Vitter (R-LA). Call or email your Senators and demand they support S.45 and stand with Senator Vitter.

PLEASE — Save our U.S. sovereignty! Contact both your two Senators and demand they support S.45.  Contact every Representative in your state and tell them to support H.R.140.

Our nation’s future depends on it.

4 in 5 Democrats Say Islam is Peaceful

A recent Iowa poll showed that despite the growing list of oppressive Muslim nations, along with the ISIS head count in Iraq and dozens of Islamic terror organizations, the Democrat Party again takes the title as “Stupidest Political Party.”

Second place was slightly less offensive with the Republicans coming in a dismal yet distant second at 53%.

These numbers are a great indicator as to why Barack Obama, President of the United States, can get away with the idiotic claims he makes regarding both Christianity and his country.

At the recent National Prayer Breakfast, President Obama reminded us that violence rooted in religion isn’t exclusive to Islam, and I might add, that stupid statements are not exclusive to Joe Biden.

The problem of ignorance is a serious issue that is not exclusive to Democrats or President Obama but they are much further down that road than anybody else.  Evolution certainly can’t be true, because survival of the fittest certainly would have rendered such a ignorant party extinct by now.

No wonder they believe such foolishness, they champion utopian ideals, like Socialism and Communism that have a track record of tyranny and murder that is only surpassed by Islam.

Now, neither Jesus Christ nor His gospel calls for the killing of anyone.  The way I see it, the person hijacking Christianity would be calling for something more akin to pacifism or soup kitchens at the expense of the public purse.

I don’t see how someone misinterprets Jesus Christ’s call to love one another and “to lay down their life for a brother.” I don’t see how Christ’s rebuking Peter for cutting off the ear of a servant — can be misconstrued as a call to arms.  As a matter fact and poetic imagery, Christ restores the man’s ear fully healed.  The analogy being that by wielding the sword in anger and confrontation you cut of the hearing of those with whom you are trying to speak.  Christ called love our highest aim and being a servant not a soldier was our daily walk.

Obama said that there will always be those willing to “hijack religion for their own murderous ends.” Interesting use of term (hijacking) to say the least.  Obama continued, saying that “Unless we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ,” “In [America], slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.”

Obama went on to denounced the ISIS terrorists for professing to represent Islam when they, as Obama says, are actually “betraying it.”

Well, let’s see just who’s right here, ISIS or Obama?

In Surah 3:32 the Qur’an talks about how the Muslim is to hate, as Allah hates. It says; “Obey Allah and His Messenger; But if they turn back, then surely Allah does not love the unbelievers.”

In Surah 48:29 the Qur’an describes how Muslims are to terrorize non-Muslims. It says; “Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard (ruthless) against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves.”

In Surah 5:33 the Qur’an clearly states that punishment should be meted out in the form of murder. It says; “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger (think Charlie Hebdo) is this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides …”

In Surah 9:5 the Qur’an instructs Muslims to slay idolators, convert them or kill them. It says; “So when the sacred months (Ramadan) have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captive and besiege them and lie in wait for them …”

In Surah 9:29 of the Qur’an it says to fight those who do not believe in Islam, Allah or Muhammad.  It clearly states that unbelievers are to be dominated by the Muslim. It says; “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”

In Surah 9:73 of the Qur’an we find out why ISIS and other Muslim terror groups kill other Muslims. The reason is they no longer believe them to be Muslims but rather hypocrites and apostates.  It says; [S]trive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them…”

And finally in Surah 9:111 of the Qur’an we see Jihad or Holy War.  It says; “Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain…”

For 1,400 years Muslims have been living out violent jihad. There is no mystery to this. History is replete with the conquest, subjugation, slavery and death of countless millions at the hands of Muslim savages. Their terrorist training manual is their holy books. Their first warrior general was Muhammad himself leading bloody battles spreading Islam by the sword.  The spread of Islam was through the sword then, and it continues exactly the same way today.  The only difference is today we have people who say — pay no attention to it — these are people “doing it in the name of” their religion. Not so! The Qur’an gives clear marching orders.

The number of victims of Islam are staggering.  There have been over 20,000 acts of Islamic terror since 9/11. Those acts of evil were done by Muslims who believe in Allah, Muhammad, the Qur’an, Shariah, who pray daily and proclaim the Shahada.

Where is the Muslim outrage if all this evil is a corruption of their religion?

For those who say all religions have violent texts or violent adherents, ask yourself a few questions. How many Christians or Jews or Hindus or Buddhists have blown themselves up since 9/11?  How many have committed genocide or infanticide since 9/11?  How many (cowards) have used women and children to protect themselves on the battlefield? Can you think of any? Any at all? Even one?

Rather than calling for curbs on criticism of Islam, as Obama has done, or claiming criticism of Islamic text is Islamophobia, why not be honest and face the facts that Islam is as far from being peaceful — as east is from west.

Islam was little more than a killing machine in the 7th century and it remains a killing machine in the 21st century.  Are there millions of decent kind Muslims as good as you and me — I hope so.  To error is human, we are all fallen and sinful, but to kill on mass takes Islam or some other form of totalitarian ideology. Christians have grown up thanks in great part to the Holy Bible and the teachings of Christ .  Islam however is stuck in medieval times, not because their people are any less human, but because their holy texts are filled with wicked commands far too great a percentage of its followers faithfully execute.

Flunking Common Core

After watching former Education Secretary, William J. Bennett, on Fox News Sunday (Feb 1) defending Common Core against its growing number of detractors, I’m drawn to protest and must ask some simple questions, ones that I hope every parent is asking.

If Common Core are ONLY Standards:

• Why then has the curriculum and testing changed?
• Why then has the data collection process been so dramatically altered and expanded?
• Why has recess been eliminated in some schools in order to give more time to teaching and testing?
• Why do so many states (24) have pending anti-Common Core legislation?
• Why did Missouri, Oklahoma and South Carolina withdraw from Common Core?
• Why has the new math become such a joke among parents and comedians?
• Why are our schools pulling teachers out of the classroom for retraining?
• How can curriculum be locally controlled when tests are nationalized?
• Why are the Feds giving “exemptions” to every state that is using Common Core — even states like California that supposedly took it “voluntarily”?

Bennett echoed the patronizingly nauseating simplistic rhetorical talking point retort “have you read the standards?” as if that would answer all the concerns of the parents and opponents.

When nearly 60% of all parents polled oppose Common Core and 70% of teachers according to a Gallup poll say the Common Core implementation was a complete failure.  I think we have a consensus.  You’re on the wrong side Bill.

Of course, everyone is for high standards.  But it is simply a myth that Common Core are those higher standards — let alone “only” standards.  And let us not forget that standards themselves do not produce better educated children, good teachers and good curriculum does.

This gets us to the crux of the issue.  Bill Gates when rolling out the idea of Common Core to a national audience in 2009 speaking before the NCSL (with his billion dollar backing) said “We’ll only know we’ve succeeded when the curriculum and tests are aligned to these standards.”  He then said “Secretary Arne Duncan announced that $350 million of the stimulus package will be used to create just these kinds of tests — “next-generation assessments aligned to the common core.”  Catch that, success is when “curriculum” and “tests” are “aligned” to the Common Core.  The testing drives the curriculum.

How is it that they were creating tests aligned to the standards when the standards had barely been written?  How is it they were writing tests for a curriculum that wasn’t yet written?  How is it that this is supposedly a locally controlled process when the Federal government is creating the “nationalized” tests?  And how is it locally controlled when the Federal government is the one determining whether or not schools and districts fail or pass?  Did someone know in advance what curriculum was going to be taught?  Are the standards, curriculum and tests aligned or not?  Of course they are, it’s all just a shell game and it’s evolution is ongoing.

The Common Core are not just Standards, they are skills and methods that drive curriculum and testing.  Common Core is a packaged deal.  Think of it as a restaurant.  The standards are the menu, the kitchen the classroom, the cooks the teachers, the ingredients the curriculum and the meal served, the final exam.  When the tests are aligned to the curriculum and the curriculum to the standards the goal is achieved.  So the standards are simply the means to the ends.

The Standards are simply the front end of the train that so many proponents claim has “left the station.”

The Standards do in fact drive the whole process and thus are more than simply a singularity as the proponents try to claim.  The goal is not education but training, it is not knowledge, it is preparation.  It takes autonomy and customization or special attention away form the school  and the teacher and turns their job into facilitators creating cookie cutter students.  Special needs students, minorities as well as higher achievers are the most harmed by this homogenized system.  It may make things more equal — since one of the proponents goal has been stated to be “social justice.”  But that will only make education more equal because everyone will now be floundering together.

In forum after forum proponents of the Common Core have claim success won’t be known for perhaps 12 years.  So the bottom line is an entire generation of kids are guinea pigs to this educational experiment?  If this was a process within the medical field it would be declared malpractice and abolished..  And contrary to what your PTA might tell you the Common Core remains untested and unbenchmarked.

If Common Core are HIGHER Standards:

• Why did Jason Zimba, (author of the Common Core math standards) say the Common Core is not sufficient for STEM and is a “minimal definition of college readiness.”
• Why did James Milgram, (writer of California’s previous highest rated math standards) as the only qualified math standards expert on the Common Core validation committee reject the CC math standards?

Parents and teachers are living the nightmare of Common Core every single day in the classroom and in the living room, struggling through convoluted homework with their children.  Administrators and bureaucrats can say all they want, but parents and teachers are dealing with the reality of it every day.

Despite the circling of wagons by many Republicans to defend and protect Jeb Bush (and his support of Common Core) — now that he is running for President — the valid questions parents have, remain.

Once the new assessment testing begins in the spring I’m sure the anger of parents wanting more answers will only grow.

With any luck Common Core will be gone before the next Presidential election.

Texas school district to host Islamists

While Americans are lured into a complacent sleep by the constant drum beat of social justice, minority rights, inequality, the need for fairness and tolerance and diversity and to be non-judgmental of others or their views, forces are at work to exploit that sentiment.

While the world is filled with the news of Islamic terror other Islamists are at work to silence the critics by holding informational conferences and conducting public outreach.

One such case is happening in Texas at the Curtis Culwell Center (Garland Independent School District property) which is hosting an Islamic conference titled “Stand with the Prophet in Honor and Respect” that proclaims the need to be “Ready to defeat Islamophobia?” according to the Sound Vision Foundation, “a not for profit organization serving Muslims.”   The event is scheduled for Saturday, January 17, at 5:00 pm.

The Sound Vision Foundation’s web site states in part: Ready to defeat Islamophobia? This is not an event. It is the beginning of a movement. A movement to defend Prophet Muhammad, his person, and his message.
 
This benefit will raise funds to establish a Strategic Communication Center for the Muslim community, which will develop effective responses to anti-Islamic attacks, as well as to train young Muslims in media.

Really?

And two of the speakers slated for this event are: Imam Siraj Wahhaj and Abdul Malik Mujahid.  So just who are these individuals?

Imam Siraj Wahhaj (according to the Clarion Project web site)

Wahhaj was listed as an “unindicted person who may be alleged as co-conspirators” in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Wahhaj supports the implementation of Sharia (Islamic law) governance, including its criminal punishments. “Islam is better than democracy.  Allah will cause his deen [Islam as a complete way of life], Islam to prevail over every kind of system, and you know what?  It will happen,” he has preached.

In September 2013, the NYPD justified its surveillance of Masjid at-Taqwa by pointing to evidence of terrorist and criminal activity there. The assistant imam is suspected of using the mosque to raise money for terrorist groups.

Wahhaj has been a Vice President of the Islamic Society of North America since 1997 and was a member of the North American Islamic Trust’s Board of Advisors from 1989 to 1993.

Abdul Malik Mujahid (according to the web site CreepingSharia)

said “Qital [killing] is an essential element of Islam. And sometimes you don’t like it. Qital is ordained upon you, though it is hateful to you, but it may happen that you hate a thing which is good for you, and it may happen that you love a thing which is bad for you….And one example is, now we have 60 or so Muslim countries, and not a single one of them wants to go for Qital and Jihad for Bosnia. Qital is ordained upon you though it is hateful to you.”

It is absolutely disappointing that a Garland Independent School District would host an event that is aimed at fighting against honest, God fearing Americans who have legitimate concerns about the Islamist movement in America and around the world.

Would Garland host a Nazi Conference? A KKK conference? An Aryan Nation or skinhead conference? An anti-Semitic conference? Then why this one?

Contact the Curtis Culwell Center in Texas and the Garland Independent School District and let them know you think this is an outrage and should be cancelled.

It’s clear Islamists never rest (they lie in wait) and never should non-Muslim Americans rest in the face of such propaganda!  Jefferson said to be ever vigilant and educated to the threats of freedom.  These groups, like the Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR) are attempting to misinform the public about Islam and teach others how to brand anything anti-Islam as Islamophobia.

When one group of Americans is unable to criticize that with which they passionately disagree they are no longer being treated as equals. They don’t see it this way, why, because Islam doesn’t see non-Muslim as equals. Some might say I know a Muslim, I work with a Muslim, I have a Muslim friend or a Muslim neighbor, they treat me well. They just might, good for them, however Islam, their religion, does not. Muhammad didn’t treat his neighbors well – he killed them. And a conference that calls for honoring and respecting Muhammad is an affront to everything American.

The prophet of Islam was a pedophile, a rapist, a polygamist, a racist, a tyrant and a murderer. I don’t find that worth defending – calling it honorable or respectable is beyond an outrage.

Tolerating evil is evil itself. Islamic law, Sharia, does not recognize let alone respect Democracy, liberty or freedom of speech, so if you do, if you believe in God-given inalienable rights — you had better start using them while you still have them.

Voltaire said, “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.” When we cannot be critical of an ideology that has been a murdering totalitarian force for 1,400 years something has gone wrong with logic, facts and reason. No matter how many “good” Muslims we might know — Islam is anything but peaceful, it is totalitarian, it is deadly to non-Muslims. Just look around you!

Sharia Law reveals an impassible gulf between Islamic and Western thought and American law. In America, the government derives it’s just powers from the governed and acknowledges the inalienable rights of every individual, of which justice and protection from violence is foremost.

Islam’s legal system is radically different: the father is “governor” or “administrator” of the family. That is, he is a sovereign within his domestic realm, with the right to employ violence to control his wife, children, and others. That alone makes Sharia Law incompatible with the Western concept of human rights.

U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights:  

5th Amendment – No person shall . . . be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.

Most, if not all states have laws that prohibit Domestic Abuse, Battery, Terror Threats, etc. that include fines, community service, and up to three years in prison.

Islamic Sharia Law (*Reliance of the Traveller):

1.  Obligation to Command the Right and Forbid the Wrong – Muslims are obligated to discipline others. If censuring with harsh words, breaking things, or intimidation does not work, Muslims are obligated “to directly hit or kick the person, or use similar measures that do not involve weapons.”  (Section q5.8)

2. Wife beating – “[A husband] may hit her, but not in a way that injures her, meaning he may not break bones, wound her, or cause blood to flow.”  (Section m10.12)

3. Honor killing – “The following are not subject to retaliation:  a father or mother for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring. (Section o1.2(4))

4. Killing an apostate – “There is no indemnity for killing an apostate.  Or any expiation, since it is killing someone who deserves to die.” (Section o8.4)

5. Obligation to engage in Jihad – “Jihad is a communal obligation upon Muslims each year.” (Section o9.1)  The objective of jihad is:  “The caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax.” (Section o9.8)
